Dr. Matthew's Health Tips are focused on health and Wellness. Topics include common illnesses, diet, fitness, and much more. They are designed to be educational, and and are intended to promote healthier living.
Originally created for my patients, these tips were to give them more information about common illnesses and other health related matters. However, I have realized that everyone can benefit from this material, since many persons have missing information or have been miseducated on some topics.
The tips are designed to be simple and informative. It is my hope that they join the global effort in encouraging everyone to strive to attain optimal mental and physical health.
